The surrounding area is peaceful and the hotel provides plenty of secure parking. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and always went out of their way to help, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The pillows were uncomfortable and too flat, leading to a restless night's sleep. We were disappointed to find that the wellness area was closed during our stay, which wasn't advertised on the website.

At night, there was a lot of noise coming from what we assumed was the restaurant or kitchen area – this made it difficult for us to fall asleep. Additionally, we found the pillows provided to be quite flat and uncomfortable. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the positives aspects of the hotel.

We got great value for our money at Poinger Hof. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect for us, being close to the S-Bahn into Munich. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.
